The dissertation demonstrated that there exists a significant positive relationship between the proportion of women on the Board of Directors and the company’s performance. And the Board of Directors with at least three women positively influences the company’s performance. This empirical analysis helps make sense of inconclusive earlier studies and provides policymakers and company managers with theoretical and practical implications

BeQ Holdings and IFRC Indexes are set to launch a range of Women CEO indexes during the Women CEO World Summit, scheduled to be held in Singapore in March 2024. These indexes will cover the countries within the ASEAN region (Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines) and will be supplemented by the inclusion of major stock exchanges in Asia, such as China, Hong Kong, Korea, and Taiwan. The regional ASEAN Women CEO indexes, along with the ASEAN+4 indexes, will complete this index family.

Similar to the WOMEN CEO indices in Vietnam, and Singapore, Beq Holdings and IFRC Indexes plan to launch a new range of Women CEO indexes for the USA.
